1.2 In-Store Purchases


Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.


The item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned


For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

β€’ Personal hygiene and beauty items

β€’ Assembled or installed furniture

β€’ Installed or used appliances

3. Return Process (Online Orders)


To start a return:

2. Provide:

β€’ reason for return

β€’ photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

3. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping address


Return shipping fees:

β€’ Paid by the customer, except if the item is defective or incorrect

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Exchanges


We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
