• any in-store purchases or services at a Marvino Home Center physical location (the “Store”).

Together, the Website, App, and Store form the “Platform and Services”.

By using our Services—whether online or in-store—you agree to these Terms and any other policies (Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, etc.) posted or displayed by Marvino Home Center.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

The Services may be used by persons aged 18 years and older, as well as corporate entities.

2. Use of Platform and Services

Marvino Home Center operates as a retail and e-commerce platform connecting customers with products offered by Marvino Home Center and, where applicable, third-party suppliers.

Commercial terms such as:

• taxes,

• shipping costs,

• delivery timelines,

• warranties,

• after-sales services,

are determined based on product availability online or in-store.

If products are supplied by third-party Merchants, Marvino Home Center’s role is strictly that of a facilitator. We do not own or take possession of products belonging to independent Merchants and are not liable for their performance, product quality, stock levels, delays, or errors.

3. Account Registration and Customer Information (Online)

To use certain online features, you may need to create an account. You may be required to provide personal information such as:

• email address,

• shipping address,

and any additional optional data for your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Orders, Pickup, and Delivery

• online for in-store pickup (where available), or

• directly in our physical Store.

4.1 Delivery (Online Orders)

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to stock issues, weather conditions, carrier delays, or Merchant processing times.

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided during checkout.

Any change of address after confirmation may result in cancellation or additional charges.

If delivery fails due to:

• inaccurate address,

• inability to access the delivery location,

• absence of the recipient, or

• lack of instructions,

the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

4.2 In-Store Pickup (If Available)

When selecting in-store pickup:

• You must present a valid order confirmation.

• Items must be collected within the pickup window indicated.

• Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund depending on product type.

4.3 In-Store Purchases

Purchases made directly in our physical Store are subject to:

• the return and exchange policy displayed in-store,

• product availability,

• applicable taxes and fees.

5. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods online and in-store, including:

• credit/debit cards,

• approved online payment gateways,

• cash or card payments in-store (where applicable).

For online payments:

• Marvino Home Center does not store your credit card information.

• All transactions are processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Website, App, or inside our physical Stores:

2. Harassing staff or customers

3. Posting or sharing unlawful, abusive, or infringing content

5. Attempting to damage, hack, or interfere with the Platform

6. Misusing Marvino Home Center data or property

7. Engaging in fraudulent purchases, returns, or chargebacks

We may suspend accounts, refuse service, or take legal action if these Terms are violated.

The updated version will apply to all online and in-store transactions after publication.

8. Order Cancellation

9. Liability Limitation

• including delays, loss of profit, product differences, or Merchant errors.

Our responsibility ends once products are:

• delivered to the address provided,

• picked up by the customer, or

• purchased and accepted in-store.
