• warranties,

are determined based on product availability online or in-store.


If products are supplied by third-party Merchants, Marvino Home Center’s role is strictly that of a facilitator. We do not own or take possession of products belonging to independent Merchants and are not liable for their performance, product quality, stock levels, delays, or errors.

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided during checkout.

Any change of address after confirmation may result in cancellation or additional charges.


If delivery fails due to:

• inability to access the delivery location,

• absence of the recipient, or

• lack of instructions,


the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.


4.2 In-Store Pickup (If Available)


When selecting in-store pickup:

• You must present a valid order confirmation.

• Items must be collected within the pickup window indicated.

• Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund depending on product type.


4.3 In-Store Purchases


Purchases made directly in our physical Store are subject to:

• picked up by the customer, or
