Some products are sourced from trusted suppliers, including IFDC and TITUS Furniture,

to ensure consistent quality and product availability.

β€’ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

β€’ Large items (furniture, appliances, oversized products) may require additional processing time due to packaging, freight coordination, and delivery scheduling.


You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.


2. Delivery Time


Delivery times vary depending on:

β€’ size and weight of the item

β€’ carrier schedules

β€’ weather conditions or unforeseen delays


Estimated delivery timelines may be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.

β€’ Inside delivery, stair carry, elevator access, or special handling may result in additional charges


3.3 In-Store Pickup (If/When Available)

4. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated based on:

β€’ product weight and dimensions

β€’ delivery method

β€’ number of items


For small and medium-sized items, shipping fees are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment.


For large or oversized items (including furniture and appliances), shipping fees may be calculated manually after checkout based on distance, size, weight, and delivery requirements.


In such cases:

β€’ Customers will be contacted with the final delivery cost for approval

β€’ Orders will not be processed or shipped until the customer confirms and approves the delivery fee


Free or promotional delivery applies only to selected products, locations, or promotional periods and may exclude large or oversized items.


Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Free shipping on orders over $800 within Canada.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout for orders below this amount


Shipping fees are based on the order total. If an incorrect shipping option is selected, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost or contact the customer before processing the order.


5. Delivery Attempts


For courier deliveries:

β€’ The carrier will attempt delivery to the provided address

β€’ If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice may be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup


For large-item deliveries:

β€’ The customer must be available during the scheduled delivery window

β€’ If delivery fails due to absence, inaccessible location, or missing instructions, redelivery fees may apply


6. Customer Responsibilities


Customers must ensure:

β€’ the delivery address is accurate and complete

β€’ access to the delivery location is possible (driveway, elevator, stairs, door clearance, etc.)

β€’ someone 18 years or older is available to receive large items


Failure to meet these requirements may result in:

β€’ delivery cancellation

β€’ rescheduling fees

β€’ non-refundable shipping charges


7. Damaged or Missing Items


If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect:

β€’ Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

β€’ Provide clear photos and/or videos

β€’ Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved


Marvino Home Center will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.


Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling is not covered.


8. Tracking Your Order


Once your order is shipped:

β€’ Large-item deliveries may be coordinated by phone or email


If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
